I have a boxer puppy of mine own and it took me a long time to select the breed that i want for myself. As you probably already know, all dogs breeds come with their own personalities.

I know I used to be scared when i saw a boxer come my way when I walked down the street because of their intimidating appearance, but after owning one I know that they are just big softies on the inside and mean no harm.
Because of their aggressive appearance they make the perfect guard dog. Even tho they might be softies around their family, when they see a stranger they get defensive and know how to defend their territory. Their aggressive body build will scare anyone who means harm.
Boxers are always playful. They are like kids that never grow up. Boxers always look for ways to have fun. Overall I say that boxers are the best breed to own if your looking for a new member to the family and not just another pet.
